WHAT BLOCKS?
Sometimes our lives begin to close off our time for art and we can't see a way to get back to creating. Whether it is because of blocks, time, or our state of health and well being, it can cause stress to people who are used to finding peace and fulfillment through their creative work. We can work together to get your creativity back on track!
LET'S DO YOGA TOGETHER!
All packages can use time towards yoga sessions by Skype or in person when schedules allow. No amount of time is too small if you do want to dedicate consultation time to daily yoga. 15 minutes a day would be a perfect way to check in and build your at home practice with a little guidance.

This option is available for adults and teens: artistic offerings include music videos, paintings, songs in the wav or mp3 file format, any kind of improvisation, theatre or comedy videos, photography and much more! Send an email (through the Contact Form) when you have prepared your submission! The site will not own any of the rites to your submission. It is merely a sharing platform that recognizes the artistic process, as a part of well being. This will serve as an inspiration to others!
